Terms of Service

By installing, accessing, or using Rosearch, you agree to these Terms of Service and to comply with the applicable terms and community rules of Discord and Roblox. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Rosearch provides Roblox-focused lookup, preview, download, avatar rendering, thumbnail, and mesh-export tools through Discord slash commands. It also provides owner-only server management and service update tools. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued as the service develops.

Rosearch is an independent project and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Discord Inc. or Roblox Corporation.

You must be eligible to use Discord and have authority to install or use the bot in the relevant server. Server administrators are responsible for configuring permissions and informing their communities about the bot where required.

You may not use Rosearch to violate law, Discord's policies, Roblox's policies, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or the rights of others. You may not abuse commands, evade rate limits, interfere with the service, probe for secrets, distribute malware, automate excessive requests, or use generated downloads for unlawful purposes.

You are responsible for reviewing whether your use of Roblox assets, audio, images, clothing, meshes, or other materials is permitted. Rosearch's ability to retrieve or transform content does not grant ownership or a license to that content.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Roblox, Discord, hosting providers, network conditions, maintenance, or abuse prevention may affect results and uptime. Rosearch may impose limits, suspend access, remove features, or block misuse without prior notice.

Rosearch relies on Discord, Roblox, and contracted service providers. Your use of third-party services remains subject to their separate terms and policies. Rosearch is not responsible for third-party availability, content, policy changes, or actions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rosearch is provided without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Search results and generated files may be incomplete, outdated, unavailable, or unsuitable for your intended use.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Rosearch operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, account action, server disruption, or claims arising from third-party content or services.

You may stop using Rosearch or remove it from a server at any time. Access may be suspended or terminated when these terms are violated, the service is abused, continued operation creates legal or security risk, or a platform provider requires it.

These terms may be revised as Rosearch changes. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
